Responsible for Missions System Business Development supporting the LM Sikorsky Mission Systems Business Area. The Position requires interfacing with multiple customers within Army Aviation and S&T community
but may be asked to interface with other customers as necessary. Responsibilities include:
- Primary interface to customer on mission systems
- Manage the Market Assist (MA) and Bid & Proposal (B&P) budgets for capture activities.
- Manage opportunities in the long-range plan (LRP).
- Develop mission system capture strategy and marketing presentations for external and internal briefings.
- Coordinate capture activities with LM stakeholders including multiple program offices, technical operations, LM Government Affairs, LMI, and BD field offices.
- Support development and execution of customer engagement plans.
- Position to "Win" coordination.
- Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
- Tradeshow and marketing planning and support
Basic Qualifications:
• 7-10 years' work experience with the US Army
• Experience with Business Development or related experience
• Experience with Open Architectures and mission systems
• Able to obtain and maintain Secret clearance
• Understanding of capture process and risk based assessment

• Familiarity with US Army Aviation, Requirements generation, R&D initiatives and Aviation user community
• Familiarity with Army budgeting processes
• Ability to interface with wide range of customers
• Ability to generate presentations and marketing campaigns
• Understanding of LM Sikorsky IRAD and NBF
• Demonstrated experience working Executives and supporting related initiatives across multiple stakeholders.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
