Job description
General Summary:
The Cyber Business Analyst (CBA) will provides complex and specialized support services to all AMC subordinate commands. The CBA must exercise considerable initiative, independent judgment, and discretion in planning work, executing and revising procedures. The CBA will provides advanced specialized professional level systems analysis and design. Based on analysis of systems and user requirements, recommends long-range system needs and procedures to streamline system interfaces and ensure cyber mitigations.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential Functions):
- Define a measurement standard that will be used for identifying the baseline status for all processes.
- Assist with the collection, consolidation, validation, and centralization of cyber artifacts
- Customize and maintain commands cyber assessments, inspection, audits, Command Cyber Readiness Inspection (CCRI), and other activities calendar.
- Develop, consolidate, and analyze the Command's 1-N list of findings, vulnerabilities, and gaps to support and provide a Cyber Posture "Picture" by installation.
- Establish Cyber Risk Mitigations Methodology; Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Develop and maintain a Command Cyber Mitigations Common Operating Picture/Dashboard.
- Develop and implement streamlined processes to replace existing processes as needed.
- Provide updates (briefings, reports, executive summaries, etc.,) to the government lead, AMC leadership and other stakeholders as required.
- Develop Command's Risk Mitigation Framework, Methodology, and execute the Command's Risk Mitigation Framework using standardized designs
- Continually reviews and analyzes current procedures in order to recommend and implement administrative policies and procedures to maintain best-practice operations.
- Evaluates policies and procedures to support data interfaces and transfers between internal and external systems with a focus on efficiency and data integrity.
- Conduct analysis of completed cyber risk assessments to identify, develop, and recommend technical and operational solutions (material and non-material solutions) to mitigate, resolve, or remove risk.
- Provide Program Management and life-cycle-cost/performance guidance, mentoring, and support to a variety of AMC industrial, facilities, and communications programs.
Required Experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of work related experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Microsoft Teams skills
- Ability to clearly present and communicate technical approaches and findings.
- US Citizenship Required
- Minimum SECRET Security Clearance with the ability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance
- Past Army/Government Civilian/Contractor Experience at the Command Level
