Responsibilities:
The Occupancy Planner must possess corporate space planning knowledge and support the Project Management staff through the course of projects. The position requires an individual with the ability to gather, document, and interpret the space utilization of the client business units. The Occupancy Planner must operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment. The individual must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be team-oriented, and maintain a positive attitude while providing occupancy and space planning support. The Occupancy Planner must be able to clearly communicate processes, standards and occupancy planning information demonstrating knowledge of responsibilities of various stakeholders. Tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Create and co-develop move plans for the end users, demonstrating a keen ability to collect information and translate it into a comprehensive plan to coordinate the movement of personnel and equipment.
• Support occupancy planning with current, accurate, department-level occupancy information, maintain the planning database, and capture post-move space assignments.
• Execute the relocation of personnel across multiple regions and within a disperse campus while collaborating with multiple geographically disperse stakeholders to manage physical space.
• Coordinate with counterpart personnel at another location to manage and execute backfill plans.
• Partner with Building Planners, Project Managers, and Project Coordinators in maintaining building occupancy information and providing project support.
• Manage and analyze multiple data sets to ensure accurate reporting; gather, compile, and update data on a quarterly basis for internal reporting reports.
• Coordinate with multiple end-users to ensure a high level of accuracy related to updating signage.
• Forecast move budget planning, including planning for cost-effective methodologies (i.e., batch shipments), equipment protection, potential trucks, drivers, etc.
• Understand the proper handling of various classification of materials, including unclassified, classified, TS, and TS-SCI.

Qualifications:
The following qualifications are REQUIRED to be considered for this role:

Due to our contractual requirements, to be eligible for this role, you must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated at time of hire.

Bachelor's degree and five years of experience in occupancy/space planning, facilities planning, facilities maintenance planning, FF&E in relation to commercial office, manufacturing, or lab environments; 5 years of experience in a corporate environment; strong analytical skills, presentation skills, and the ability to develop conclusions and recommendations; working knowledge of Auto CADD; working knowledge of CAFM software (Tririga experience a plus); proficiency in reading architectural drawings.

TS Clearance is contractually required
