Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for supporting the Hexagon sales organization across the North America region, to help drive Hexagon sales business, by demonstrating how the Solutions meet Customer needs and desired business outcomes. It will act as a Solution Consultant to both internal customers (sales team) and external customers. Other job-related duties may be assigned.

Job Duties:

Manages the pre-sales technical

Confidently speaks in public and acts as a technical leader in Customer interactions

Captures technical work process requirements and translates them into a demonstratable workflow using Hexagon Solutions

Supports and educates the sales team with the value proposition of Hexagon PAS Solutions with an emphasis on Operations Management, and ICS Configuration and Asset Management

Develops and maintain a high-level of understanding of industry related standards and best practices such as those related to Alarm Management and ICS Cyber Security across different aspects of the process industries.

Supports marketing on sales campaigns and initiatives across the

Learns and outlines the technical details of the entire Hexagon PAS

Provides technical subject matter expertise across the Hexagon PAS product

Provide in-depth technical demonstrations, as needed, of all Hexagon PAS solutions highlighting the value of the solutions to customer.

Maintains and adjust demonstrations systems, scripts, and data to fit various market opportunities

Development of proof of concepts when necessary, making sure Customers' needs are meet and benefits of the solution are demonstrated.

Understand and communicate the value of integration of Hexagon PAS solutions with the surrounding tools of the Hexagon portfolio.

Contribute with the technical content proposals including architecture, scope, among others.

Influences the product roadmap with Product Management/Business Development (BD) and the marketing

Qualifies opportunities and outlines the business value of the PAS solutions.

Provides technical and business leadership on client engagements, ensuring high customer satisfaction and facilitating communications on ongoing

Helps sales team develop new opportunities to solve customer challenges including enhancements to improve functionality of the

Partners with other departments and personnel to generate new sales opportunities.

Works closely with Hexagon Industry Consultants to develop meaningful Customer presentation and demonstrations.

Help identify team growth

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or an information technology related field.

Minimum of 5 years in technical sales including software and/or related consulting services.

Minimum if 3 years of experience in customer industries; refining, chemicals, oil and gas, power generation, pulp and paper, and mining verticals.

ICS related experience - working knowledge of control systems and how they are configured and managed within customer sites.

Demonstrate an understanding of the kinds of challenges customers face is trying to improve control room operations and in maintaining their control system assets.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS) suite products. Expertise knowledge in PowerPoint with strong presentation skills.
