Parker and Lynch is seeking an Audit Manager with 3+ years' public accounting experience and supervisory experience for a full-time position at a well-established accounting company. Your Responsibilities:

• Supervising and directing the daily duties of your team.
• Reviewing the results of an audit client engagement
• Ensure engagement profitability of billings and collections
• Advising clients on various economic and regulatory risks within their industry
• Resolve complex accounting issues
• Documenting, Validating, Testing, and Assessing various financial reporting control systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent required
• MBA/Master's degree in accountancy preferred
• 3+ years prior work experience in public accounting required
• 3+ years supervisory experience required
• Licensed CPA or international equivalent

Skills:

• Fluent knowledge of GAAP and GAAS
• Familiarity with SEC and PCAOB reporting rules
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Possess excellent people development and delegation skills, including training/instruction
• Possess executive presence - need to be able to be the primary contact for the client, prepare and present presentations to clients and potential clients

Software:

• Experience in the use of various assurance applications and research tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, including Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Employment type:

• Full-time

Compensation:

• $80k - $95k USD
