Job description

This is an onsite or locally remote position that directs and supports the property Human Resources department as it relates to all phases of the attraction, recruitment and retention efforts. Focuses on recruiting efforts, builds long-term relationships with colleges and universities, coordinates all college recruiting and classroom presentations. Also, focuses on delivering HR services that meet or exceed the needs of associates and enable business success; ensures compliance with federal, state and local regulations and PCH operating procedures.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
