Job description

ITAC Solutions is assisting a great client in the Birmingham area in their search for an Office Clerk. This person will be professional and experienced in providing administrative support.

What you'll be doing (duties of this position):

  • Provide assistance and back up on administrative tasks
  • Perform data entry and order functions
  • Accurately update spreadsheets in Excel
  • Scan documents and maintain files and records
  • Answer incoming phone calls as needed
  • Maintain the overall office appearance and organization

What you'll need to be considered (requirements):

  • Previous experience providing administrative support preferred
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
