Expectations:

• Manage online job postings
• Qualify potential candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, scheduling interview, and post-interview follow-up
• Onboard new hires

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or business-related field
• Organizational, time management, and computer skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects is also desired
• Professional; engaging, positive attitude,Independent drive, ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
