Job description

The Footprint AZ Production Recruiter will provide recruitment services, to ensure our production team meets all staffing needs, and that all candidates and prospective employees have the best possible hiring experience! Developing strong business relationships with hiring managers is key and most importantly, you will see your insights have an immediate, tangible impact every day in our rapidly growing company. Specifically, as a Recruiter for our AZ Production team, you will provide the full 360 recruitment process with a focus on all entry-level candidates for the Production Department, using Footprint Core Values as a guideline for quality hires.

Please note that this position is a full-time, on-site position at our Gilbert, AZ location.

Qualifications

* A Bachelors degree from an accredited undergraduate institution.
* A minimum of three (3) years of work experience in a full cycle recruiting role.
* Experience with virtual recruitment (social media, LinkedIn, resume sourcing) is required.

* Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Workable.
* Exceptional interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Comfortable making decisions independently
* Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
* Deep understanding of US employment laws and regulations
* Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues

Responsibilities and Duties

* Sourcing candidates through various methods such as LinkedIn, job boards, Indeed, social media, and Workable.
* Conducting in-depth screening calls.
* Encouragement and partnership with hiring managers and external vendors to ensure attendance at onsite career events.
* Provide resumes and screening notes for interviews.
* Manage the candidate expectations with regards to the background checking process, while working with both candidates and colleagues to ensure we get people processed for a successful hire.
* Working with your key stakeholders to ensure you know what is expected of you, and what the business requires for each area of the Production team.
* Focus on a high conversion rate from interview to offer.
* Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; and
* Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs.
* Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
* Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
* Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using newsgroups and job sites.
* Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
* Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules.
* Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
* Improves organization attractiveness by recommending innovative practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; and emphasizing benefits and perks
* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
* Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
