The Records Clerk is responsible for basic administrative support and functions for

Records in the Quality Department. Responsible for maintaining all required aircraft

documentation in records. Ensure an accurate and complete records package is delivered to

the customer per contractual agreements.

Job duties also include but are not limited to:

Tracking /File/Scan/ Data entry

Ability to read work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed and/or shipped.

Filling requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, parts, or other stock items and distributes items to shipping. Accurately updating inventory computer system for all material movements and utilizing bar code scanning system. Must be self-motivated and able to work both

independently and in conjunction with team members. Enthusiasm and flexibility to work on

a variety of projects and with other departments as necessary.

Schedule: AM Monday- Friday

Pay: $15.00/hr

Work Environment: Normal office environment where approximately 50% of work is performed in a sitting

position, with the remaining time walking and moving around the office or hangar areas. May be exposed to continual loud noises and other occupational hazards of the aircraft repair

and manufacturing operations.
