Employment/Onboarding Representative (Recruiting Coordinator) - IBM UHG


**This is a 100% virtual role that can be worked remotely or from home office**

ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions RPO is hiring several Employment/Onboarding Representatives (Recruiting Coordinators) to support our RPO client, IBM-United Health. IBM-United Health is a pharma/healthcare/technology collaboration that helps their medical staff, patients and communities overcome their most important challenges.


**What You'll Do:**


The Employment/Onboarding Representative provides day-to-day administrative support to the Recruiting Team and the client. This role requires effectively multi-tasking while providing excellent customer service and building solid working relationships with our clients and the recruiting team to effectively manage all matters independently. Candidates must have strong time management skills, attention to detail, and be technically savvy.

+ Enter and maintain candidate information into applicant tracking system


+ Generate recruitment metric reports both manually and using applicant tracking system


+ Create, file and maintain filing system for resumes, applications and miscellaneous paperwork


+ Resume conversion


+ Input test results


+ Application maintenance


+ Database maintenance


+ Arrange appointments with potential candidates requiring extensive phone time


+ Candidate follow-up


+ Provide assistance with reference checks


+ On-boarding process for candidates/employees


+ Corporate updates


+ Account updates


+ Conference calls


**Qualifications**


**What you need:**


+ Relevant administrative, human resources or recruitment coordinating experience


+ Experience with MS Excel, reporting, and scheduling


+ Strong attention to detail, superior organization, and time management skills


+ High Volume workload experience


+ Background Checks-entering new hire information into the system and following up on results


+ Drug Screens-scheduling screens and following up on results


+ I9 Verifications-conducting verifications and following protocol for federal guidelines and regulations


+ Interview Scheduling


+ Must be experienced with remote work and logging into remote client systems.


+ Must be familiar with Outlook and Teams.


+ Must have previous experience in a fast-paced environment and be able to work autonomously.


+ Must have previous ATS experience.


+ Must have above-average communication skills, both written and verbal.
