ZF - Mesa is seeking anHR representative that serves as a general business partner in all or most functional areas of HR.

Responsibilities

• May interview, screen, evaluate and extend employment offers to qualified applicants.
• Assists supervision in interpreting and applying company human resources policies, counseling employees concerning work related problems and conducting termination interviews.
• Obtains factual information concerning employee/management inquires, employee suggestions, and/or complaints.
• May coordinate employee transfers, conduct exit interviews and provide recommendations for corrective action policy revision, and/or improving employee relations.
• Receives and acts on employee complaints or grievances;administers employee records; ensures compliance with labor laws and regulations, recommends and/or coordinates employee activities and administers compensation, training, benefits, performance, and other regional programs.
• May also lead/direct the work of others and provide input on performance where applicable.
• Researches and consolidates information required for analysis of human resources operations.
• Well-defined general guidance; independent discretion applied.
• Completesspecial projects as assigned.

Required Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 6-8 years of related experience
• Able to operate PC based software programs and automated business systems.
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written with strong presentation skills. Must be able to communicate with employees at all levels.
• Must have analytical skills to conduct basic research, analyze data and prepare recommendations.
• Computer skills (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint. etc.); Problem solving skills;
• Proven interpersonal and communication skills; Proven leadership abilities; In-depth knowledge of HR principles and best practices;
