DriveTime Needs a Assistant Director, Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities:
In short, as the Manager, Talent Acquisition - Field, you will be responsible for leading a team of high volume recruiters in supporting the growth and needs of our organization. The Field Recruiting teams are focused on talent across our call center functions, retail operations and auxiliary roles that support the main functions of the business. The role will lead, develop and grow the team, assisting them in creating a pipeline of diverse top talent to drive business success.

In long, the Manager, Talent Acquisition - Field is responsible for:

Lead the recruiting function with a strong bias toward scalability, allowing us to ramp up open roles quickly as needed.

Ensure the team's ability to identify, attract and recruit the very best, most qualified candidates for a variety of roles. Do so in line with company goals, including hiring plans and DEI goals.

Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, from initial impression of Postscript through accepted offer.

Build and manage a high performing recruiting team. Supplement internal resources with external recruiting support as needed.

Leverage appropriate metrics to inform recruiting decisions and drive performance effectiveness.

Continually optimize recruiting processes. Strike the right balance between standardization, efficiency and effectiveness.

Train, develop and grow a team of recruiters.

Develop appropriate communication cadence with all stakeholders, including hiring managers.

The Specifics.

5+ years' experience in talent acquisition

At least 2+ years of In-house recruiting experience

1+ experience in leading/managing others

Ability to effectively prepare and present information and respond to questions from management, clients, and other employees in the organization

Adaptable and flexible to support the organization's growth

Proven experience in identifying, engaging and closing passive candidates

Excellent computer and internet usage skills, such as: MS Office and Outlook
