Purpose of JobWe are seeking an experience auto physical damage specialist to join our team. Virtual oversite of auto repair process to include total loss validation and general oversight of Independent Appraisers. This is a Remote Work from Home position. Multible Positions available. Responsible for building relationships and providing oversight of our third-party vendors through virtual or in person interactions with members, claimants and third-party personnel. Once you begin the questions you will not be able to finish them at a later time and you will not be able to change your responses.Minimum Requirements:High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma4 years auto physical damage estimating experienceCurrently possess or acquire and maintain individual I-CAR Platinum ProLevel 3 certification within 12 months of hire.Capability to prioritize, problem solve, and effectively communicate next steps and path to resolution.Effectively communicates through multiple channels to include utilization of digital tools to drive speed, accuracy and serviceAcquisition and maintenance of insurance adjuster license within 90 days and designated number of attempts.Strong oral and written communication skillsPreferred Experience:Proficiency with CCC vehicle damage estimating systemCurrent P&C insurance adjuster licenseCurrently possess I-CAR Platinum certificationExperience with STARS or other automotive Direct Repair Programs (DRP)Strong coaching, analytical and negotiation skillsCurrently hold an active Adjuster LicenseServed in the US Military or a Military Spouse?The above description reflects the details considered necessary to describe the principal functions of the job and should not be construed as a detailed description of all the work requirements that may be performed in the job.Compensation:USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market position. The salary range for this position is: $66,300.00 -$119,500.00 this does not include geographic differential it may be applied based on your work location)Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance or at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors. *Geographical Differential: Geographic pay differential is additional pay provided to eligible employees working in locations where market pay levels are above the national average.
