Objective: We are looking for a Warranty Admin Assistant to join our incredible team. Under the direct supervision of the warranty manager, this position is responsible for submitting day to day RV manufacture warranty authorizations. You will work with the service department to compile photos and documentation for submission to our various RV manufactures and vendors.


Responsibilities:

  • Obtain warranty authorization prior to working, through the use of dealer portals and email
  • Review service work orders for accuracy and detail in order to submit to manufactures
  • Work closely with service technicians to request fair reimbursement for labor
  • Follow up with RV manufactures answering all feedback requested in a timely manner
  • Navigate online dealer portals efficiently to include uploading photos
  • Complete and submit vendor diagnostic forms
  • Keep complete and accurate records of daily submissions
  • Continuously maintain and update the proper information in our internal system
  • Oversee organization and return of defective warranty parts
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with manufacture warranty representatives
  • Assist other departments as needed in order to maintain customer satisfaction


Pay: $15-17/hr + possible commission

  • Proficient computer skills including the ability to use our dealer portals (training provided)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to accept additional tasks, duties and/or direction from management
  • Work is done both indoors and outdoors
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
