Job Purpose
The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for using both traditional and non-traditional resources and a network of established contacts to identify and attract talent, while simultaneously building the talent pipeline. This position utilizes various talent acquisition strategies needed to support challenging and lucrative business strategic objectives as it relates to high-volume staffing across all assigned regions.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Leads the full-cycle recruitment process from intake calls through execution of offer.
- Develops and maintains productive relationships with Hiring Managers and external partners to ensure a successful start-to-finish recruitment process by defining and executing appropriate parameters as it relates to staffing needs.
- Assists in the creation of recruitment processes and best practices through partnering with the organization to create a positive candidate experience.
- Effectively sources qualified active and passive applicants utilizing various channels including social media, community services, colleges, etc. in order to develop a strong pipeline of talent.
- Interviews and screens applicants based on requirements set forth by the organization and applicable hiring managers.
- Builds rapport with applicants to keep them engaged throughout the hiring process.
- Arranges interviews with hiring managers by coordinating schedules.
- Responsible for maintaining the designated applicant tracking system, including posting job advertisements, candidate/requisition status, and collecting metrics as it relates to staffing.
- Acts as the company expert with respect to the recruiting process, interviewing techniques, and talent acquisition best practices in order to ensure the experience is successful and effective for all stakeholders.
- Facilitates New Hire Orientation when needed.
- Partners with other departments in order to advance the Televerde brand through various marketing and recruiting efforts.
- Assists the Employee Experience department with other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- High-Volume Recruitment experience preferred
- 2+ years of proven success in a general recruiting role preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work in fast-paced environment.
- Must be results-oriented.
- Positive attitude, exhibiting a high level of professionalism.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to take initiative and to work independently.
- Ability to maintain multiple data sources effectively and correctly, with little or no errors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment/Physical Demands
Essential physical requirements of this job include:
- Ability to move wrists, hands, and/or fingers in a repetitive motion.
- Ability to continuously stand, walk, reach, kneel, bend, stoop, push/pull, and sit.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
- Communicating effectively with employees, vendors, and clients.
