Land Development Project Manager

Hire Resolve has an opportunity for a talented Project Manager to join our clients growing Land Development team Phoenix, AZ. This client is committed to the growth of every employee and to exceeding client expectations in all areas of service. Services include Civil Engineering, Surveying & mapping, Construction Services, Environmental Services, Water & Wastewater Design, and Municipal Engineering throughout Arizona.

The position requires strong leadership and communication skills with team members, clients and governmental agencies. The ideal candidate will have commercial project design experience with grading, drainage and erosion and sediment control.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management in the areas of Land Development Plan Design, Stormwater Management Design, Water and Sanitary Sewer Design and Erosion and Sedimentation Control Design.

• Primary contact for Clients, serving as District Engineer for multiple Special Districts.

• Responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating assigned engineering work on multiple projects, including meeting schedules and budgets.

• Ability to lead meetings with Clients, consultants, team members and governmental agencies independently, without assistance.

• Organizes project team by assembling and directing team members, assigning responsibilities, and negotiating and contracting with approved subconsultants.

• Promotes internal communication by sharing information and encouraging dialogue within project teams, across market sectors, and through organizations.

• Implement innovative design and plan preparation technology focused on exceeding client expectations.

Qualifications Required:

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college.

• Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Arizona.

• 7+ years of experience in Commercial and/or Residential Site Development/Civil Engineering.

• 2+ years of project management experience.

• Proficiency in Civil 3D and Microsoft Office.

• Knowledge of local city, county and state land use processes and regulations (AZ) preferred.

• Business Development and Networking experience preferred.
