Licensed (or in process of) in CA and/or AZ required. ResiCentral is willing to sponsor employees obtaining/maintaining additional state licenses as applicable.

Primary Job Functions

• Proactively reach out to customers who have inquired online and/or who have been pre- screened for certain mortgage products.
• Listen, inform, and advise each client regarding their specific financial needs and goals based on their current situation.
• Build rapport with consumers via phone, text and email. Create urgency, overcome objections, set proper expectations, and get the customer to take action.
• Proficiently use our CRM, dialer system, LOS and other company tools
• Structure and price loans accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service to borrowers by responding to all inquiries quickly and keeping borrower informed of progress from origination to funding.
• Complete annual NMLS continuing education requirements to maintain active state license/s.

Qualifications/Experience

• Prior LO experience originating conventional loans is required, originating high-balance and/or Jumbo preferred
• Must be licensed in CA or AZ, both preferred, any additional is ideal

• Self-motivated and organized with a positive attitude and a desire to win
• A critical thinker and creative problem solver who is adept at overcoming objections
• Highschool diploma or equivalent required.
