ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leading a team of Marketing Associates
  • Overseeing marketing and promotional projects internally, and externally with vendors
  • Assisting with the creative development and maintenance of sales collateral: flyers, inserts, postcards, magazines, brochure covers, corporate programs, digital assets, etc.
  • Managing content and updates for customer and internal touchpoints, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, and documenting business processes
  • Identifying effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives/campaigns with tracking and analysis, and optimizing accordingly
  • Assisting with the organization of special community events (i.e., charities, fundraisers, etc.)
  • Partnering with other functional groups to drive shared KPIs
  • Presenting ideas and final deliverables to internal teams, and communicating with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
  • 4+ years of experience in a marketing role, and one year of experience managing individual contributors
  • Strong writing, analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong project management and organization skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Current knowledge of print design, digital design, video production, and social media
  • Adobe Photoshop, MS Office experience (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to anticipate and solve problems with diplomacy
  • Ability to travel
