As Teller (the most visible representative of First Credit Union), your ability to provide outstanding service to our members is top priority. As Teller, your duties would include processing financial transactions and promoting other helpful credit union products and services to meet quarterly and yearly sales goals. Our ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent with a passion to help people and desire to contribute to the team. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required. Candidates must be available to work 30 hours per week; Monday - Friday.

Job Requirements:

• Handle client customer service transactions and process traditional teller transactions
• Reconcile cash drawer by proving cash transactions
• Set up new customer accounts
• Maintain the teller window cash requirements
• Execute sales transactions with customers
• Assist the tellers with processes transactions at the teller line
• Execute daily branch balancing procedures
• Performing assigned teller tasks associated with the processing of member transactions
• Providing excellent member/customer service
• Enter customers' transactions into the teller system and provide customers with receipts
• Accept cash items from customers for deposit
• Processing both business and individual banking transactions
• Accept and process customer transactions
• Maintain strong customer relationships providing excellent customer service
• Perform the full range of teller transactions and other duties while balancing the responsibility of conducting error-free transactions and providing excellent customer service
• Demonstrate mastery of basic teller transaction and balancing duties
• Sorting the daily branch mail
• Provide high quality customer service for all customers
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer
• Receive checks and cash for deposit
