  • PC&IS resource to lead the scope of selected Making and Packing projects and initiatives. This will include a broad spectrum of capacity related projects and control system upgrades in the Making operation. This may also include development of our next generation filler technology, a new packaging platform with late stage product differentiation, and other compliance/digitization related projects in the Packing operation.
  • As the PC&IS Project Leader you will be responsible for delivering all aspects of the PC&IS technologies, E&I capability building plans, and resourcing to ensure a successful project start-up at the Phoenix Plant. You will be a critical member of the Meta Capacity Project Team playing a critical role in transforming the site through unprecedented change and ensure safe execution of the new technology. Your previous start-up experiences and ability to train and coach other E&I resources involved in projects is also important.
  • Leverages Mastery- Your technical mastery and ability to quickly learn and apply new technology is needed. Aptitude and experience in PC&IS technology (PLC, Proficy, HMI, MES, Power, Instrumentation, Networks, etc.) is a must. Proficy and Experion programming/configuration is also a plus. We need your hands-on experience and want to hear more about your previous manufacturing experiences.
  • Leading/executing projects in both the Making/Packing processes, understanding of process controls, Clean Design Standards, and use of Engineering Work Process (EWP) is required.
  • Embraces Change- The Phoenix Plant is embarking on an unprecedented change in operations and manufacturing strategy that will require you to embody a change-leader attitude. Phoenix is an FDA regulated site so knowledge and compliance with cGMPs as well as experience with validation requirements and protocols is required. You will need to be flexible in your day-to-day activities and willing to flow to the work as needed by the site.
  • Leadership- Ability to influence and align site and business leaders to the needs of the team is a must. Proven capability to manage multiple priorities, delegate, coach, and deliver business results in complex situations is also required. Must be able to flow to the work, drive issues to closure quickly based on data and experience, and balance competing priorities.
  • Builds Diverse & Collaborative Relationships- Development of relationships will be critical to your success in supporting the various projects and will require building relationships across multiple levels of leadership to engage resources to deliver results.
  • Innovates & Reapplies- You will be expected to develop and reapply creative solutions via previous experiences and benchmarking from within the site. The Phoenix Plant is a unique manufacturing process that will require a combination of proven technical solutions and Client innovation to deliver successful projects.
  • Experience with Rockwell process control equipment- PLC/5 (Legacy), ControlLogix, Panelview, FactoryTalk ME/SE, PowerFlex VFDs, controls networking, and servo systems is required. Client Experion DCS, Proficy, and cybersecurity requirements is a plus.
