We are looking for a qualified person who has Real Estate loan origination experience, or a Broker License or Salespersons license with experience in transaction management or real estate transactions. We want this person to serve as a point of contact between ourselves, our investors, and affiliates. You will assist landlords in promoting their properties for sale, handle refinance objectives, assistance to the team in the department of acquisition and disposition. The goal is to get the process of buying and selling our properties to become seamless and effortless to our senior team
Responsibilities
- Assist our investors in how to best promote their properties to attract advantageous offers
- Advertise properties through a variety of marketing techniques for both rent and for sale.
- Evaluate the performance of the portfolio of properties we own and make suggestions on which to sell and diversify and which to keep and make more of a long term investment.
- Provide information regarding legal review of documents for purchase and sale and the process of buying Real Estate. Understanding new guidelines, current rates, specifications and property underwriting are things we focus on as a company.
- Mediate the dealings between investors purchases ensuring good conduct and the honest exchange of information towards a beneficial understanding
- Appraise the value of properties by thoroughly researching the market or past purchases
- Present for sale properties to us as buyers to underwrite for purchase.
- Draft and complete important legal documents (contracts, agreements etc)
- Coordinate property tours and setup photography and advertising.
- Generate and manage lists of properties for sale or purchase.
- Collaborate and network with contractors, home inspectors, attorneys and other external stakeholders
- Supervise other real estate agents inside our transactions.
- Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices
Skills
- Proven working experience as a real estate Agent or broker
- Proven track record of working on closed Real estate transactions and or financing.
- Ability to work autonomously and organize effectively
- Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in analysis
- Trustworthy and results-driven
- Basic knowledge of MS Office And outlook.
- Valid licence to practice the profession of real estate as an agent or RE broker.
