We are expanding our team and looking for ambitious, smart, and highly-skilled Manager of Lead Development to join us. As the Manager of Lead Development, you will be the keeper to gateway for the entire Chime sales organization. The SDRs that you recruit and hire today will become the future successful salespeople of tomorrow. Day to day, you will hire, lead, and mentor a team of high-performing Sales Development Representatives. You will oversee the reps' daily productivity, monitor lead queues, provide clear direction and constructive coaching - always working towards performance improvement and rep career development. In this role, you must be a collaborator who communicates effectively and works well with internal 'customers' (inside / field sales), and stakeholders across the organization.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Recruit and mentor top future sales talent for Chime
  • Oversee the Inside Sales Lead Development team.
  • Be a leader - teach your team how to communicate in a manner that establishes Chime and gives the prospect a feel for the brand.
  • Achieve all team-assigned lead production objectives and MBOs (and any individually assigned objectives).
  • Ensure timely follow-up of unqualified leads and drive lead conversion rates.
  • Audit the SDR's conversations / interactions and CRM utilization to coach for effectiveness and quality.
  • Enable / train SDRs on system proficiency, processes, campaigns (objectives and strategy), products and solutions.
  • Responsible for maintaining effective calling guidelines and scripts.
  • Reliable and punctual in reporting for work and taking designated breaks.
  • Know Chime's product inside and out, including the actual application, all of the add-ons, and basic Member concerns.
  • Actively listen to prospects and intelligently overcome objections while developing meaningful relationships.


Qualifications


  • 3+ years of sales management experience (Preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience working in an SDR/LDR environment.
  • Software sales experience.
  • Juggle many complex projects, all with strict deadlines, simultaneously.
  • Be organized, ahead of schedule, communicative, and accountable.
  • Exude confidence. Be knowledgeable and talk about solutions accurately and honestly.
  • Impeccable written and communication skills.
