Overview:Avison Young is in search of a proactive, resourceful, and highly organized Senior Property Manager to direct the overall strategy and management of all day-to-day activities for a commercial real estate portfolio, while working collaboratively with the companys accounting, maintenance, and leasing team.

Responsibilities:- Work closely with clients and property investors to reach their goals
- Effectively develop and maintain strong tenant relations through regular interaction, property visitations, and property inspections. Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs
- Report on performance, budget variances, tenant collections, tenant retention efforts, significant changes in the market and property conditions in general.
- Determine specific services contract requirements, develop scope of work, solicit bids, evaluate proposals and monitor contract performance for all services vendors. Ensure that services are provided in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and contractual obligations and standards.
- Enhancement of property operations and appearance by evaluating current operations and implement necessary changes.
- Analyze, monitor and in some cases supervise tenant and capital improvement and renovation projects.
- Preparation of annual operating and capital budgets; CAM Reconciliations

- Understanding and working knowledge of commercial leases, lease terms, operating costs, budgeting, and related
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task with multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Yardi experience a plus
- Active Arizona Real Estate License required
- 5 years of COMMERCIAL property manager experience
