Such a role is responsible in being the first point of contact for business systems and escalation.Role & responsibilitiesProvides high level business requirementsResponsible for creation/updates of business IT process flowsCollaborates with IT systems architects for design solutionsCreates business system & user documentation and training manualsDefines roles & data ownershipActs as business escalation point and support for any issues raisedResponsible for validation of functional specs & wireframes for new systemsPerforms User Acceptance TestingSupport wider business requirements as requiredQualifications3+ years of experience in the process and system design requirementsBachelor's/masters or equivalent relevant experienceProficiency in training development and managing BAU activitiesExperience working with system architects and business usersStrong communication skills, both written and verbalSAP experience preferredAt Lucid, we don't just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
