Analyzing and finding solution of data processing and production/control requirements for non-financial risk reporting (Information Risk, Compliance Risk, Strategic Risk, Reputational Risk) in Technology for Americas (OTA), Office of the Chief Data Officer (OCDO). Managing and overseeing the production process for four Risk Disciplines data (Information, Compliance, Strategy and Reputational Risk) interacting with governance committees, risk managers, business line leaders, data controllers and internal auditors/external regulators. Assisting in new project initiatives related to four Risk Disciplines data souring and production automation (Information, Compliance, Strategy and Reputational Risk), including new DataMart development, application introduction, validation of implementation, UAT testing, and other ad hoc items related to projects. Performing problem shooting for data and production process with SME knowledges in reporting aggregation tools and applications such as Access, Excel, SAS, SQL, Tableau, WDesk, and Business Objects focusing on four Risk Disciplines data (Information, Compliance, Strategy and Reputational Risk). Defining risk data needs, validating data quality, proposing enhancements to existing data processes, identifying data problems and errors in end-to-end production, and participating in the Enterprise Data Quality Incident and Problem Management activities. Ensuring a robust control environment by documenting, maintaining, and adhering to SLA (Service Level Agreement) with data providers and Enterprise DMICF (Data Management Integrated Control Framework), including performing periodic testing of data aggregation processes to ensure they are complying with control and governance requirements.

Qualifications - External

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or foreign equivalent degree).

Experience: 3 years of technical experience executing data standardization and integration modeling; using MS Office, Unix, SQL, and Tableau to secure end to end data flow accuracy and consistency; performance of data Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) operation, data flow testing and data quality incident management; and 1 year of experience must be in risk management including compiling enterprise level data and performing quantitative analysis for identifying key risk indicators for BCBS-239 regulations and reporting requirements; and using WDesk and Tableau to create report or dashboard to interact with users in real time.
