Job description

AllSTEM Connections is looking for an Operations Clerk to work in Tempe, AZ. This is a 6-month contract position where you will be handling electronic mortgage documents and reviewing the fine details in order to categorize them. The ideal candidate will perform well in high-volume work environments, be extremely tech-savvy, and be extremely reliable.

Responsibilities:
? Performs work in one or more functional area or unit, covering for absent employees or performing tasks as assigned.
? Works independently on varied and moderately complex tasks.

Duties may include:
? Providing input to supervisor and assisting in implementing changes to improve efficiency.
? Assisting in special projects as assigned.
? Backing up work directors in their absence.
? Compiling daily production statistics and/or other reports.
? Working under limited supervision, exercises some judgment within defined guidelines.
? May train less senior staff.

Required Qualifications:
? 2+ years of operations experience demonstrated through work or military experience

Desired Qualifications:
? Ability to be flexible and perform multiple functions of general operation processing work
? Strong organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skills
? Ability to act as an information source for less experienced staff
? Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
