Job description

The Financial Project Manager for Product Connections supports the business in maintaining revenue and expenses. They will oversee projects that relate directly to Product Connections' revenue and expenses, cash flow, and reporting. This requires them, with the support of the corporate accounting team, to conduct financial due diligence and apply accounting procedures while also gathering and analyzing data from many sources at once.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage revenue cycle with sales and client teams from invoice to cash receipt.
  • Manage field PT payroll process with the corporate payroll team.
  • Provide exception reporting to the team around revenue and expenses, including payroll.
  • Assist teams in budgeting and forecasting process.
  • Work with corporate accounting team to make sure revenue and expenses are properly recorded for the business.
  • Gather and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to keep projects on budget and on time.

Experience & Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a faced pace environment
  • Strong Microsoft Excel Skills
  • Displays strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Clear communicator who works well across multiple teams
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail

Certifications: None required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit, stand and/or walk for an extended period of time.
  • Ability to operate a computer keyboard and mouse.
  • Ability to use a computer for several hours at a time.
  • Ability to effectively listen and talk to both internal and external audiences.
  • Ability to read and understand information and ideas.
  • Periodically, ability to moderately lift items and supplies.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None.

Additional Requirements:

  • Bring Your Own Device (BYOD): This position requires the use of a smart phone or tablet not provided by the company. The operating system must be Android OS 5.0+, or Apple 8.0+. The company offers $50 monthly cell phone reimbursement.
  • Strong computer and technical skills including Microsoft Office.

Physical Appearance:

  • Must always appear groomed, clean, neat and professional.

Travel and Language

  • Role is based in Bentonville, AR and will require minimal travel.
  • English is primary language skill.
