Job description

Responsibilities:

• Identifies needs of the market and liaises between the community and the facility.
• Analyze market and industry trends.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators.
• Play an integral role in the development of the organizational strategic plan.
• Execute business development strategic plan.
• Create and maintain professional relationships with referral sources.
• Develop improved payor mix efforts.
• Oversee brand strategy for the organization including formulation of collateral materials and community engagement efforts.
• Guarantee compliance with referral and sales software program.
• Provide insight into facility's ability to meet or exceed customer service expectations.
• Provide oversight and leadership for business development department.
• Ensures regular reporting of progress to CEO and Executive Team.
• Manage marketing budget, meeting/exceeding budgeted-(omit) departmental goals.
• Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.
