Our client is a privately owned bank that is looking for a Fiduciary and Investment Management Advisor that would be responsible for identifying and building high-quality client relationships within the affluent and high net worth market through direct prospecting, cultivation of both internal referral sources and external sources, and creative networking with key influencers.

This professional will need to profile and create strategies specific to prospective clients as well as educate and advise prospects on a wide range of solutions to help them address their specific issues and meet their objectives. They will be held accountable for selling trust products and services to individuals characterized by complex or sensitive financial situations. In addition, you will retain, expand, and deepen existing relationships.

They need someone that is a great team player, who works well with others, a great communicator, that wants to be in Northwest Arkansas. This is a salaried position plus bonus along with other financial incentives and great benefits! You must have experience within financial services, preferably within a bank, a great connector with people, great team player, networker, and a minimum of 3 years required experience with trust and investment management products and services. You must be able to have a conversation and understand how and when an asset should go on the trust platform vs investment platform.
