Summary of Job Duties:

The Assistant Dean of Residential Life is responsible for the day-to-day operational needs of the Residential Life program.

Qualifications:

* Master's Degree in Higher Education Administration, College Student Personnel or a related field is required.
* 2 years post Master's live-in Residential Life work experience
* Demonstrated ability in verbal and written communication.
* Personal skills and characteristics necessary for success in the position are:
