Job description

The Systems Group Craft Recruiters assist in sourcing skilled craftsmen, using an ever-increasing talent pool of both local and traveling craft workers, and serve as the point-of-contact for candidates throughout the recruiting process. The successful applicant will be result-oriented, self-disciplined, energetic and able work at a fast but accurate pace.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Communicate with applicants utilizing direct calls, social media and face-to-face interaction
• Prescreen candidates using appropriate test to determine skill level and ensure candidate is a strong fit for the position.
• Updating applicant information, recording screening/interview notes. Must enter applicant data accurately and efficiently into recruiting database.
• Verification of applicant certifications
• Network to recruit active and passive candidates for current positions and build talent pipelines for future career opportunities

• Ability to travel locally and throughout the US for transitions and/or recruitment needs

Actively involved in on-site hiring process when necessary

Qualifications:

• Industrial or Craft Experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Call center experience is a plus
• A can-do positive attitude is required
