Job description

The EVP of Human Resources will be responsible for providing support to physicians and leaders through guidance on human resources initiatives, policies, and procedures that impact company profitability and improve employee engagement. As a member of the senior management team, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the EVP of HR will provide leadership and direction to the organization for the operation of the company, inspire the shared vision, support strategy development, build on company values and set a focus on people and results.



Qualifications and Requirements:



  • Master Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business or Accounting.

  • 10+ years of progressive human resource management experience with a track record of results.

  • Experience in the healthcare industry a plus.
