Job Description
Calling all stellar communicators with a passion for technology! Interested in gaining top in demand Salesforce certifications to build your tech stack? Are you looking for a more technical position but still want to use your strong written and verbal communication skills? Is your long-term goal to be a Developer, System Admin or Data Analyst working with sales and marketing data to drive business performance?
dentsu is looking to hire a cohort of 10 Junior Salesforce System Admin/Developers in Little Rock, AR. The cohort will receive classroom style training to learn the saleforce.com [saleforce.com] platform and how it is customized for the end-user. While in training you will be placed in a client success role assisting business customers with requirements and routing advanced requests to senior level developers to support.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with mid-level and senior engineers on solution design, architecture, and development
- Deliver client value by implementing applications and solutions in various platforms, frameworks, and languages
- Domain specific advisory and subject matter expertise
- SQL based Query development, data management and optimization
- Reporting, data mapping and custom data extracts
- Perform testing and quality assurance practices
- Understand client's goals, key performance indicators, priorities, and limitations in order to drive road-map creation and implementation in tandem with client and internal stakeholders
- Serve as a conduit of information relating to client expectations by establishing and providing a regular reporting cadence to leadership; Also responsible for communicating progress and milestone completion to the client
- Contribute to the technical implementation of Salesforce projects
- Perform unit testing, both automated and manual, of business logic and behavior to confirm proper implementation of requirements and quality execution
- Communicate technical dependencies, blocks and risks to project stakeholders and management
Nice to haves:
- Trailhead by Salesforce Trailblazer/Badged/Super Badged - Highly Preferred
- Previous client facing sales, marketing or account management work experience
- IE Apple retail store employees, Geek Squad, telecom or software sales representatives
- Knowledge of enterprise software applications (CRM, POS, SFA)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and planning skills. Able to translate technical requirements to marketing and non-technical partners.
- Has a passion for new technology
- Text book or self taught exposure with C#.NET, Java, PHP or XML
- Novice front-end web development skills with HTML, CSS or JavaScript; Or interest to learn!
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Access, Visio and Project are a plus)
- Basic understanding of the sales process and marketing (email and mobile campaigns)
- Ability to work onsite at office in Little Rock, AR
