Job Description:

Responsibilities:

* Conduct employee relations issue investigations; escalate to appropriate parties when warranted (e.g., Compliance, Legal)
* Execute personnel actions in the human capital management system.
* Advise on and facilitate solutions for common human resources transactions.
* Administer seasonal human resources programs, such as annual performance reviews, merit pay, and employee engagement surveys.
* Develop and maintain key human resources reports; analyze data and recommend solutions.
* Support development and execution of strategic talent initiatives.
* Support various talent management programs and activities.
* Maintain good communication and a positive relationship with employees to promote employee satisfaction and ensuring a positive working environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree; preference to human resources, business management, organizational leadership and/or psychology.
* Fortune 1000 company experience
* At least one year of successful human resources experience
