About Our Team:
The Talent Acquisition Operations team is seeking a skilled professional who will help develop and implement recruiting metrics/system solutions to enable the hiring teams. The ideal candidate is passionate about improving operational excellence and leading change at scale. This is a full time position located in Mountain View, Los Angeles, or New York.

Responsibilities
- Work with other functional project owners outside of TA to understand and capture requirements, develop a project plan and achieve completion of project goals.
- Make recommendations for key recruiting metrics to measure productivity and identify areas for improvement; partner with HR analytics team to provide data insights to related internal stakeholders.
- Leverage recruiting metrics to define KPIs and success metrics in order to track the effectiveness of recruiting process and inform strategic decisions.
- Provide creative, scalable data and tools solutions to guide recruiting programs to meet our hiring goals and support implementation and adoption across the organization.
- Identify and troubleshoot opportunities for ongoing operational improvements across recruiting, with a focus on scale and automation.
- Evaluate and oversee the recruiting technology stack (including ATS system) and research technologies to support continuous improvement in partnership with HR Technology team.
- Partner with vendors where needed to help implement and advance new tools/technologies.

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience in reporting and analytics, preferably within a recruiting context, or in a consulting environment. Domain expertise in Recruiting analytics/ Recruiting System/Recruiting Process improvement.
- Familarity for metrics with solid Excel/Google sheet skillset and advanced proficiency in one of more data visualization tools such as Tableau, Quicksight and Microstrategy.
- Strong story telling ability by leveraging data, able to convey project strategies, roadmaps, priorities, goals and tradeoffs through compelling data visualization and presentations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, able to work autonomously and connect the docs to build strong cross - functional partnership and influence others, including senior members of the business.
- Experience building and scaling processes in a high-growth, rapidly adapting environment and proven track record of sound decision making and delivering results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that convey complex ideas in a simplified manner.
