We are in a high growth mode and have an opening for a senior accountant position. The successful candidate must be committed to excellence, eager to learn and able to work successfully in a dynamic team environment. Must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• CPA preferred: ensure overall quality of accounting according to professional standards
• Broad base of practical accounting skills as well as grounding in theory
• Bias towards quality and productivity of accounting work
• Time management: Must be able to deliver consistent, tangible value to our individual clients while working within a balanced framework to support all our clients
• Prioritize, plan, and execute a high volume of tasks in a complex and ambiguous environment
• Strong team player: ability to synthesize overall team priorities with individual priorities
• Ability to work with and delegate tasks to specialists for overall team effectiveness
• Strong bias towards customer satisfaction in a time-constrained environment
• Form strong relationships with our clients and fellow team members
• Thrive in an environment that is informal, friendly and results oriented
• Thorough documentation of practices and procedures
• Demonstrated high ethical and professional standards
