Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Compensation Minimum:$101,500. Compensation Maximum:$162,500. Summary: Job Family Summary Develops, plans, and oversees the execution of internal audit programs for the organization to ensure compliance with best practices and the organization's policies, procedures and standards. Prepares reports for management on the results of engagements, providing recommendations on improvements. Job Summary Responsible for the development of risk-based audit plans and oversight of Internal Auditors as they execute strategic, financial, operational, legal/regulatory and/or IT audit and consulting engagements. Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), is required. Additional CISSP, CRMA or CISM is a bonus Job Description: Job Level Summary: Manages professional employees and/or supervisors. Has accountability for the performance and results of a team within own area of specialty. Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges. Decisions and problem solving are guided by policies, procedures and department plan; receives guidance from manager. Provides technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customers. Primary Accountabilities: Creates an effective work environment by developing a common vision, setting clear objectives, expecting teamwork, recognizing outstanding performance and maintaining open communications. Completes Internal Audit's periodic Risk Assessment by identifying major risk areas throughout the company. Develops and oversees execution of risk-based audit plans. Provides continuous monitoring of Internal Audit plans. Ensures that work is completed in accordance with internal auditing standards (IPPF) and Enterprise Internal Audit procedures. Identifies, plans, and implements continuous improvements to Internal Audit processes. Participates in the development of and ensures adherence to documented standards and procedures. Manages direct reports, systems and projects to achieve department/unit goals in accordance with Company policies and practices. Specialized Knowledge and Skills Requirements: Demonstrated management or leadership experience. Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service. Demonstrated experience managing and leading large complex projects. Solid knowledge and understanding of internal audit techniques and methodologies. Solid knowledge and understanding of governance structures and processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
