Job description

We are seeking a full-time Accountant for our client in Siloam Springs, AR. You might be a good fit for this Accountant position if you can analyze and report standard costs, labor costs, headcount & labor forecasting and budgeting, perform month end close activities such as journal entries and analyses, and support payroll and time-keeping processes. To succeed in this role, you will need to perform internal reporting during the monthly close, participate in compliance, interact with our external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audits, and review schedules reporting processes. Responsibilities

• Analyze and report standard costs, labor costs, headcount & labor forecasting and budgeting
• Perform month end close activities such as journal entries and analyses
• Support payroll and time-keeping processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
