Job description

Overview:

Greenway Field Recruiter will ensure our company attracts and successfully hires highly qualified employees. Duties will include representing Greenway at job fairs and trade shows and ensuring recruiting goals are met.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate and work with staff members and HR Manager to identify current and future hiring needs
• Develop relationships with High School Counselors, Ag Teachers, Colleges, Technical Schools and Organizations such as 4H and FFA to recruit potential Ag Tech candidates and attain annual enrollment goals established by VP of Service
• Coordinate and organize all outside recruiting efforts necessary to attract candidates for all positions.
• Regional travel and represent Greenway at all pertinent job fairs and events
• Conduct informational sessions for new applicants and work with the HR Department to refine hiring goals
• Participate in interviews as requested

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Recruitment Marketing or Talent Acquisition experience preferred
• Quality experience with Microsoft Office
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and social skills
• Willingness to work as part of a team or independently
• Ability to travel overnight up to 50%
