RBI owns three of the world's most prominent and iconic quick service restaurant brands BURGER KING, TIM HORTONS, and POPEYES.Position Overview: The Manager, Campus Programs- Canadais responsible foroverseeing the Program Management of RBI'sCanadaCampus Programs, including our Leadership Development Program,EngineeringDevelopment Program and MBAinitiatives.This positionis based in theToronto RSC, andworks closely with RBI senior leaders and members of the PeopleTeamto ensurethe execution of ourinternship and early career development programs.This position reports into theDirector, Talent Acquisition US&C. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Ensures the successful execution of all aspects of RBI's global undergraduatedevelopment programs and MBAinitiatives, including our internship and full-time programs Coordinates with regional partners to ensure global alignment on all campusprogram managementand related activity Ensures the successful execution of all aspects of RBI'sonboarding, talent assessment process,professional development,social and networking activities Understand campus hire engagement and employee sentiment, and build action plans to address opportunities Communicate,trainand work with our managers to ensurea high level of engagement between our people leaders and new campus hires Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required 2 to 5 years previous experience; specific experiencein early career development program managementand/or professional certification in recruitment, talent management, or HR preferred Ability to analyze problems, identify alternative strategic solutions, quantify consequences of proposed actions, and implement recommendations in support of larger recruitment objectives Interpersonal and influencing skills; ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of employees Business acumen, including knowledge of budget managementandvendor management Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); knowledge of Excel or other similar analyticaltools is beneficial Willingness to travel a must; position is expected to travel 25-30% of the timepost-pandemic Willingness toplan and hostor facilitatedevelopment, social, or networking events which may take place outside of standard work hours Restaurant Brands International and all of its affiliated companies (collectively, RBI) are equal opportunity and affirmative action employers that do not discriminate on the basis of race, national origin, religion, age, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by local, state, provincial or federal laws, rules, or regulations.
