JOB REQUISITION. Talent Acquisition Manager. LOCATION. BURLINTON. JOB DESCRIPTION. Purpose of Role: The Talent Acquisition Manager will support the day to day recruitment through optimizing different channels. This role will identify a pipeline of suitable candidates through active headhunting, and pipeline of quality candidates' profiles. To generate leads through effective partnership both internally and externally. The Talent Acquisition Manager will recruit for all internal sales and leadership positions and manage a value-added end to end recruitment process. In addition, will partner with the HR Team and marketing and other stakeholders to position RH as an Employer of Choice. Key responsibilities & tasks: Actively source a pipeline of passive and active candidates through proactive headhunting & competitor mapping. Partner with the District Directors, Regional Vice Presidents and HR with the end to end recruiting process and partner with them on all recruiting needs acting as trusted advisor and conduit to both prospect and Hiring Manager. Regularly present competitor analysis to District Directors and Regional Vice Presidents on local trends identified in the recruitment and employment market. Build and manage an effective competitor mapping process and create bench of talent for Robert Half. Set-up a solid and consistent passive recruitment strategy: build out a qualitative proactive and innovative social network strategy which leads to a high-quality pipeline of future candidates. Offer guidance, alternatives and solutions to both Hiring Mangers and potential talent through business partner relationship. Build up a candidate pipeline and maintain positive on-going relationships with internal and external candidates for future opportunities, setting up informal meetings with passive talent. Identify external candidates through recruitment seminars, social media groups, fairs, interviews and telephone pre screening. Achieve expected KPI's and responsible for active sourcing / headhunting strategies. Implement candidate data in Workday and ensure all data is kept up to date and consistent. Source for talent in a wide pool to ensure diversity of candidate is offered and that recruitment selection and process is inclusive. Ensure regular communication to the internal clients and report on the status of the different recruitment processes, from job intake until job fill. Establish Robert Half as an Employer of Choice, in strong collaboration with the. Marketing, HR team and other stakeholders and build up brand awareness on the local employment market: Use social media like e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter & YouTube, to increase the candidates touch points with Robert Half's recruitment channels and initiatives, to create and sustain brand awareness among active and passive candidates, and to pro-actively source talent and to interact and converse with future candidates. Build expertise through knowledge of the local employment market (e.g., where to find skills, salary expectations of candidates with those skills, benchmark information from competitors etc.) and through analysis of the best suited recruitment channels. Partner actively with the Talent Acquisition teams in IZ to build a strong culture of sharing 'Best Practices'. Work closely with the local HR Team, Staff Development and Field Management on succession planning and talent mapping, include potential internal candidates into the selection process. Prepare reports and statistical analysis to ensure high process efficiency. Work on any ad hoc Talent Acquisition Projects. Essential knowledge & skills: Master or bachelor's degree. Proven track record of recruitment, selection & matching of great talent. Proven & successful headhunting skills. Ability to communicate and establish relationships with people inside and outside the organization (candidates, hiring managers, key business partners). Strong negotiation and influencing skills. Exceptional organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple requests, with frequently changing deliverable dates. Experience in conducting competency-based interviews is an asset.
