We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Web Content Manager. This person will work with our project managers and developers, and must be an all-around team player who enjoys hands-on learning. Our agency has a reputation for being innovative, capable, agile, and willing to take on new challenges and projects; our ideal candidate will possess these same qualities.


Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders to gather content and input
  • Create and edit web pages in a web Content Management System (CMS)
  • Light copyediting and writing of technical content
  • Prepare and format images
  • Manage workflows and resources to meet project requirements and deadlines, participate in cross-team planning and collaboration
  • Communicate project status and timing to stakeholders
  • Understand workflows and team methods for managing and tracking projects, and use related web-based project management system(s) appropriately
  • Understand internal business processes and quality standards; be willing to contribute to process refinement and workflow optimization


Required Experience

  • Experience with web publishing and using a web CMS
  • Experience with project/task management software
  • Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of basic HTML and Web concepts
  • Strong knowledge and experience with common software programs like Microsoft Word, Google Suite, Outlook, etc.; must be comfortable with learning new tools and programs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • 1+ year experience in a similar position


Beneficial Experience

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Experience with Airtable and Jira
  • Experience with image editing software like Adobe Photoshop
  • Ability to create mockups and layouts for review using common tools like Microsoft PowerPoint
