  • Strong work ethic and able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimum errors.
  • Process transactions received from internal and external customers while adhering to established Employee Responsibility Limits, Bank standards, Policies & Procedures, and company regulations.
  • Receive, answer and resolve requests from external customers while adhering to authentication Policies & Procedures.
  • Accurately enter data utilizing a variety of systems and applications.
  • Perform research and provide follow-up on complex transactions or inquiries.
  • Prepare documents for imaging and ensure delivery to the correct group in a timely manner.
  • Document and/or communicate actions taken on accounts as required.
  • Must have organizational skills with ability to multi-task while working with CIT Bank and Onewest Bank
  • Able to perform other tasks as required by management.

Qualifications:

  • Familiar with bank products, policies, procedures and regulations.
  • Retail Bank experience minimum of 2 years or more.
  • Must be able to adhere to and meet established deadlines and accurately process work.
  • Good computer skills and the ability to utilize a variety of applications.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers and management.
