- Strong work ethic and able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimum errors.
- Process transactions received from internal and external customers while adhering to established Employee Responsibility Limits, Bank standards, Policies & Procedures, and company regulations.
- Receive, answer and resolve requests from external customers while adhering to authentication Policies & Procedures.
- Accurately enter data utilizing a variety of systems and applications.
- Perform research and provide follow-up on complex transactions or inquiries.
- Prepare documents for imaging and ensure delivery to the correct group in a timely manner.
- Document and/or communicate actions taken on accounts as required.
- Must have organizational skills with ability to multi-task while working with CIT Bank and Onewest Bank
- Able to perform other tasks as required by management.
Qualifications:
- Familiar with bank products, policies, procedures and regulations.
- Retail Bank experience minimum of 2 years or more.
- Must be able to adhere to and meet established deadlines and accurately process work.
- Good computer skills and the ability to utilize a variety of applications.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers and management.
