The Project Coordinator will support the Project Management and Installation departments by being the single point of contact for various administrative support activities and liaison with project managers.

Responsibilities

* Review and process contracts in CRM system - be able to identify if the contract package is not complete and communicate with the Project Manager accordingly
* Issue and receive purchase orders and solicit proposals to sub-contractors
* Maintain contact information and other documentations for technicians and sub-contractors, including performance and productivity spreadsheets
* Initiate project related reports as assigned including signal, lock out, COGS, RMR and project close-out reports
* Contact customer to supply workbooks as needed for systems requiring Kastle Access, including personnel info, Internet requirements for access system, after hours contact sheet, Kastle contacts
* For Kastle Video systems, email the internet requirements and the Kastle contact sheet.
* Conduct new customer training on MyKastle and Kastle video. Coordinate training with assigned Account Manager to complete a hand off once the system has been completed
* Assist the Installation Manager maintaining the on-line schedule program - add/remove technicians and make changes in the schedule as requested

Qualifications

* College degree or 4 years of relevant experience
* Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced professional environment
* Ability to function as a liaison between Installation Technicians, Project Managers, Client Services, and leadership
* Technical and analytical skills; ability to learn new programs, systems, and applications
* Master troubleshooter; use logic and critical thinking skills to assess, prioritize, and solve problems
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to develop goals while managing multiple competing priorities
* Clear speaking voice, excellent telephone manner, and professional writing skills
* Ability to travel frequently by automobile - local travel only

Other Eligibility Requirements

* Must be able to meet and maintain various certifications, licenses and/or registrations, in accordance with applicable state laws and as required by the electronic security regulations in the state (s) worked
* Must be willing to participate in and pass the company's pre-employment screening process including a background investigation and drug screening
