We are looking for a Recruiter who wants to help us build our expanding team!
The Recruiter will rely on their good judgment and people's skills to understand the various positions ISS needs and identify the right fit for the organization. The Recruiter will interview, screen, and coordinate interviews to find great people and give them the opportunity to land their dream job!
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment:
- Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; maintaining a professional rapport.
- Assist with the design and implementation of the overall recruiting strategy for the company.
- Coordinate the recruitment processes for all company departments.
- Interact with colleges and universities to receive and screen potential applicants for the company.
- Ensure applicant has all required documents and is in compliance.
- Maintain applicant records for all job positions.
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Develop and submit a Recruitment recap weekly.
- Maintain a high-level confidentiality and work ethics.
- Must always maintain a high level of communication.
- Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules.
Participate in Job Fairs/Resource Events
- Career Centers
- Colleges
- Other business-related events as required.
- Calendar all pertinent events in Outlook and set reminders for staff to attend.
Paycom Applicant Tracking Responsibility:
- ATS implementation
- Ensure all applicants filter through Paycom Applicant Tracking System
- Send self-onboarding then submit to HR Assistant for processing
- Make suggestions /recommendations.
SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:
- Past recruiting experience and or sales experience as well as past work experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates and grow a strong talent pipeline
- Associate degree in business administration, Human Resources, or equivalent directly related business experience is preferred
- General knowledge of California recruiting practices and laws, recruit on many different mediums including electronic/social media networks, printed job postings, and flyers, as well as employee referrals
- Excellent people skills, judgement, phone skills, time management skills, and organizational ability, professionalism
- Work with or without direction
- Have the motivation to learn new skills
- Conduct themselves in a professional, responsible, and reliable manner
- Communicate effectively with all team members, clients, and visitors in a professional manner during written and verbal exchanges
- Understand the basic computer operations (including Microsoft Word and Excel)
- Bilingual English Spanish a PLUS
