Job Title: Recruiter

Job Summary:

The Recruiter will ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains, the best employees, while growing a diverse talent pipeline of highly qualified and capable talent for the organization. The Recruiter will own the recruiting life cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Responsibilities:

  • Full cycle recruiting nationwide: engaging candidates, phone screens, face to face interviews, etc. on non-exempt and exempt roles
  • Facilitate/coordinate interviews for an identified region
  • Daily coordination with Recruiting team regarding job postings and candidate updates
  • Working closely with the all Hiring Managers to fill requisitions in a timely manner
  • Manages applicant tracking system (ATS) to track candidates and provide regular recruiting-related reports and ensure system is properly maintained
  • Generate compliant offer letters and guide selected candidates through the pre-employment process
  • Manage, coordinate, and facilitate pre-employment and onboarding processes
  • Provide administrative and compliance support to Recruitment team

Required Education and Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years successful full-cycle and high-volume recruiting experience
  • Recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment
  • Must excel with up to date recruiting methods and social media sources
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Construction industry experience highly preferred

Technical Skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google mail, and PC.

Communication Skills - Fluent English, both verbal and written. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
