This position is responsible for developing the strategic alliancerelationships and accelerating the adoption of Nodus and EVO offerings byrecruiting and onboarding VAR and ISV partners within the Microsoft, SAP andOracle channels. The Senior Business Development Executive will help ourorganization remain competitive and grow by identifying and acquiring newaccounts that will have a major impact on the long-term success of the company.The Senior Business Development Executive will lead and oversee the developmentand growth of profitable new business by directing and managing businessdevelopment activities. This is a high growth, high visibility role in a verystrategic area for EVO.

Whatyou'll do:

  • Identify, recruit and develop new partner opportunities across US & Canada. Partners include ERP Publishers, ISVs, systems integrators, or consulting firms in the Microsoft, SAP and Oracle ecosystem.
  • Ownership of the entire partnership onboarding cycle, from lead to launch.
  • Establish strategic, technical, and business relationships with VAR and ISV partners.
  • Identify and establish lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers within the partner organization.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to enable a successful recruiting and onboarding experience for partners.
  • Develop unique, compelling, and exciting presentations and demonstrations of EVO offering.
  • Closing partnership agreements, while properly balancing company goals and economic potential.
  • Meet or exceed assigned revenue quota by driving new sales through identifying, closing, and maintaining positive and proactive relationships.
  • Grow PayFabric's presence in the Americas by strategically positioning EVO offerings and closely aligning to partners' differentiators and market coverage.
  • Attend, travel, and represent Nodus at tradeshows when needed.
  • Handle inquiries, provide appropriate/alternative solutions in a timely manner, and follow up to ensure satisfaction on all software-related inquiries.
  • Manage partner-specific sales pipelines and proactively maintain internal documentation so that deals and notes are up-to-date in CRM. Become an expert in PayFabric and other EVO solutions within 60 days of hire. This includes creating and conducting presentations, webinars and product demonstration.
  • Other tasks assigned by the management team.
About you:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 7+ years of direct sales experience selling software with 7+ years of partner relations and business development experience working with a technology company.
  • Knowledge of enterprise software sales and software sales cycles. Some payment gateways and processors experience preferred.
  • Experience with lead generation and prospect management.
  • Experience with building, developing and growing strategic partnerships that deliver long term revenue growth and customer/partner satisfaction.
  • Deep understanding and experience in the software industry required; launching integrated payment solutions preferred.
  • Understanding of cloud-based applications and experience with SaaS delivery model preferred.
  • Understanding of the channel system (ISO, VAR, System Integrators and their revenue model).
  • Strong customer support experience and proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Strong customer service and presentation skills. Ability to make outgoing calls for lead generation and qualification.
  • Business acumen to understand customer's business processes, eCommerce, and accounts receivable process.
  • Technically savvy. Experience with analytics, databases, predictive modeling or BI tools preferred.
  • Diligent at measuring and communicating progress to achieve goal while identifying obstacles and associated remediation plans.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must possess time management skills, with the ability to make timely decisions;
  • Possess good organizational skills;
  • Possess leadership skills and the ability to work with a team;
  • Ability to think strategically;
  • Possess people skills and the ability to solve problems;
  • Ability to build and maintain effective networks;

  • Ability to work from the Nodus head office currently located in Anaheim, CA during the hours of 8 AM Pacific to 5 PM Pacific preferred.
