As an Human Resources Partner, you will responsible for providing HR support to designated field operations and staff. Your day-to-day may include, but not be limited to:

  • Performs benefit administration; including eligibility troubleshooting, claims resolution, enrollment auditing, processing invoices for payment and communicating benefit information to appropriate field staff
  • Administrates FMLA record keeping and correspondence
  • Creates, tracks, and maintains Non-Compete Agreements
  • Responsible for all HR communications to field operations
  • Works closely with HR and field management to maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefit laws and regulations
  • Monthly HRIS report production and distribution
  • Review, troubleshoot, and alter vacation plans as necessary
  • When applicable, assists in and recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to improve department efficiencies

  • 1-3 Years' experience in Human Resources or Bachelor degree
  • Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and statutes
  • Knowledge of California employment laws
  • Excellent organization and communications skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of HRIS Software strongly preferred
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish, required
