Job purpose

The Finance Operations Special/Accounts Analyst will be working part of the Finance Department. The primary responsibilities of this position are to monitor, reconcile and provide support to our special agent and digital accounts.


Duties and responsibilities

  • Ability to manage large data sets between multiple data bases and systems
  • Providing excellent customer service to agents via phone and email
  • Prepare excel reports for agents and management
  • Research and resolve problems with accounts
  • Special projects as assigned by Management
  • Reconcile AR accounts

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of work experience in Accounting/Finance
  • Excellent communication skills - oral and written
  • Proficient with of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, comparisons, creating reports, graphs)
  • Technology background a plus
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Adept at working in a team environment as well as individually

Physical Demands

  • Requires manual dexterity to use a computer, telephone, and peripherals
